Terms of booking and cancellation

Payment by online booking can only be made by debit card. We accept Dankort, VISA / Dankort, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA and JCB. Accepted card types can also be seen at the bottom of the booking page. Some of the card types may be charged. The fee is displayed when choosing the card type before payment.

Payment will be deducted from your account immediately after booking.

Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms:
Cancellation must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
If canceled in time, the full amount will be refunded - with the exception of DKK 100 dkk, which is considered an administration fee.

If you cancel later than the timely cancellation deadlines, you will lose the entire amount paid.
