All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and includes VAT.
A deposit of 50% will be charged upon booking. The final payment must be made no later than 15 days before the stay.
If the stay is less than 15 days after the booking is made, the full amount of the booking will be charged right away.
Payment is made by using one of the approved credit cards in on-line booking via a secure payment link sent to you. When you choose a credit card you will see a fee being added to the total price.
Upon payment a receipt with the billing and purchase information will be shown on the screen. This receipt can be printed out. If you supply a valid e-mail address you will also receive an e-mail with the information.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following conditions:
By cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival: You may cancel your booking without costs.
By cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the rent must be paid. If you have already paid the rent in part or in full, your payment will be refunded with a deduction of 50 % of the total cost of the stay.
By cancellations later than 15 days before arrival: The full cost of the stay must be paid.
We recommend that you purchase a cancellation insurance without own risk.
At Pyttegården, we follow the Scandinavian code for renting summer cottages and apartments.
The apartment is cleaned before your visit and after your departure. However, guests are expected to look after basic housekeeping during their stay and before they depart.
Plates, cutlery, glasses etc. must be washed up and put back in the cupboards.
Furniture, duvets and pillows must be put back in their right place before departure.
Rented bed linen must be removed from the beds.
As tenants you are responsible for everything found in the holiday apartment during your stay with us. Damages and missing items must be reported to us so that repairs and replacements can be made as quickly as possible.
Registration and use of personal information
Your contact information is confidential and is not transferred to any third parties. We are however allowed to use your contact information for marketing of relevant offers and services to you by e-mail or sms. You may at anytime choose not to receive any such information from us. In such a case please inform us by e-mail to email@example.com.
Payment with credit card takes place on a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
We will do our best to give you a good holiday experience on Bornholm. However, there can be events that we cannot control, in those cases, we are free of responsibility, and you cannot claim compensation from us. That is so in the case of force majeure, strikes, delays, epidemics and the like.
