Here you will find useful information concerning the use of online booking. You can read about how we treat your personal information when using online booking, how you will receive a receipt for your purchase and much more.
Payment
All prices mentioned in Danhostel Horsens online booking system are written in danish kroner with sales tax included, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made by using one of the approved credit cards in online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.There are fees included in trade,when using online booking. Note that the full amount will be drawn when reserving on online booking system. When making bookings paying with creditcard there is a charge of 2% on the full amount.
Shipping and delivery
When you are booking and paying a room and other purchase,you will see a contract with the billing information and purchase information on the screen at the end of the booking process. This contract can be printed out from the homepage. If you supply a valid e-mail address you will also recieve an e-mail confirmation with these informations.
Delivery of the product which you have booked online happens when you arrive at Danhostel Horsens on the day of arrival( and ends on the day of departure). Both these dates are written in the contract mentioned above.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel your online booking on the following terms:
Timely cancellation can be made no later than 72 hours before arrival. The cancellation fee is 35% of the total amount of your booking. If canceled later than 72 hours before arrival, nothing will be refunded.
Privacy and handling personal informations
Danhostel Horsens register your name, address, email address and other informations given when booking online. These informations are kept in our customer database. The informations are not given to a third part, but the registration is kept within Danhostel Horsens for 5 years.
Danhostel Horsens uses server side cookies and a secure connection to secure the information you give when using online booking. Payment with creditcard will take place on a secure server, where the informations are encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Contact information
If you for some reason do not recieve your contract that confirms your purchase, and do not get any errors from the online booking system, then please contact us using the informations below.
Complaint concerning the booking process or the recieved product must take place within a reasonable time after you have been aware of the mistake.You can complain either by letter or by e-mail.
Your right to complain expire after 1 year from the date recieving your product in accordance to danish trae law §83, part 1, unless other is agreed.
When Danhostel Horsens recieves a complaint about the product, the complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible. Danhostel Copenhagen Amager will evaluate whether or not to refund or to compensate.
